Doasge/Directions
To determine your tolerance to the product, start by taking 1 scoop with 600ml water. Once you are comfortable with your tolerance, take 1-2 scoops with 250-300ml of cold water (though note each scoop contains 160mg of caffeine). Do not take more than 2 scoops per day.
